innovative solution that can assure return on investment for our clients and ourselves.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SOLUTIONS
Nonprofit organizations who dive into Social Media without a strategy, without specific goals, without metrics to measure success, and without dedicated managers almost always end up regretting it.
Think of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other Social Media channels as extensions of your website. Except, instead of driving people to the content you create, they’re already there on a daily basis.
Social Media accounts give nonprofit organizations an opportunity to share impact stories, news, profiles, and to engage supporters on a more personal level. We work closely with our clients to analyze their current audiences, establish a clear vision of success, and schedule posts far in advance to alleviate the stress surrounding day-to-day management.
This way, your efforts are both strategic and effective. Paired with our Graphic Design services and high-quality photography, Social Media posts help nonprofits connect with their followers, drive traffic to their website, and acquire new supporters.
GRAPHIC DESIGN SOLUTIONS
We offer a comprehensive menu of services, including Graphic Design, Branding, and Public Relations, which often go hand in hand. Often, clients choose to work with us on a single project, and that’s ok. Like your favorite restaurant, our menu allows you to pick as much or as little as you need. We’re proud of the work we’ve done and the partners we’ve helped.
CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY WOMEN’S LACROSSE TEAM
Concordia University-Chicago expanded its athletic program in 2016 to include Division III women’s lacrosse. Constellation developed a Public Relations strategy, a Social Media plan, and Graphic Design services to raise awareness for the program in its inaugural season.
DOMINICAN FRIARS, PROVINCE OF ST. ALBERT THE GREAT
Very often, the hardest part is just getting started.
In 2013, the Central Province Dominican Friars hired our founder, Bill Skowronski, to be the country’s first Director of Communication and Marketing as it approached the Catholic Order’s 800th anniversary. He built the province’s presence in print and online. First, he designed a marketing plan and communication strategy, which reintroduced the DomCentral Quarterly magazine with a fresh, professional look and a variety of well-written stories featuring Dominican Impact throughout the United States. Next, he overhauled the province’s online presence, focusing on its website, creating its first social media accounts, and retooling its email marketing. In 2014, he introduced the “Know Before You Go” video series, which quickly became the most viewed content on www.OPCentral.org, acquiring viewers from around the world.
Much of the work done for the Dominican Friars provided the inspiration for Sharing The Good, itself. The need for an 800-year old organization to remain relevant in the face of a changing world proves how important integrated marketing communications can be for any business in any industry.
EMAIL MARKETING SOLUTIONS
Reaching Your Audience
We get bombarded by emails every day. Some we open immediately and others we delete without reading. While email marketing may be the best way to reach thousands of people at once, it’s more important to be strategic in order to avoid wasting time, money, and opportunities.
We approach email marketing goals through design, distribution, and analytics. This way, your target audience receives valuable content throughout the year, allowing you to share the impact you’re having while making them feel more a part of the mission.
PUBLIC RELATIONS SOLUTIONS
Building a Relationship with the Public
When you want to reach a larger audience than you can through your owned communication channels (your website, social media accounts, email database, direct mail distribution, etc), you need strong Public Relations. We build relationships with local and national media outlets by finding and pitching stories their audience will want to consume. We work with communities to build support for projects and initiatives.
Helping to Share the Good
We’ve gained our clients’ national attention on Fox News, on Relevant Radio, in the Denver Post, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Chicago Tribune, the Drudge Report and a number of other media outlets.
Practically speaking, we create opportunities for exposure, prepare your staff with talking points and training for press interviews, and help mitigate a crisis, when necessary. Good Public Relations is an important part of any organization’s growth and success.
Crafting Your Image
Often, when people think about a brand, they picture a logo, a slogan, or a specific font and shade of color. Branding is largely visual. For small businesses and nonprofit organizations through, what your target audience thinks when it thinks about you is just as important. And it’s just the first step in a content marketing strategy.
We don’t focus on Branding in terms of packaging a product for the consumer. We believe your brand is comprised of your vision, the people who carry out your mission, and the impact that work has on the lives of others. These are your stories. This is your brand.
